• Part-time Technical Services
  Part-time tech position available. Three to four days a week. Opportunity to grow to full time and responsibility for all technical services at area.
  
  Excellent Trouble Shooting
  Good communication skills
  Basic knowledge of SQL, windows 2003, Windows Xp
  Ability to work across multiple platforms
  Ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware
  Extremely flexible availability during season
  
  Job includes maintaining public and private WLAN and LAN networks. Troubleshooting items for sale creation. Maintaining points of sale and office computers, printers, faxes, and copier. Maintaining video surveillance system and onsite weather station. Troubleshoot both permanent and seasonal staff in sales point use and issues.
  
  Must pass background check.
  Pay range - $13-$17/hr
  Ski area pass and discounts to other Colorado ski areas.

• Sales Rep
  This is your chance to work in the ski and snowboard industry for Colorado’s fastest growing ski area. Echo Mountain is now hiring an independent sales rep to concentrate on corporate sponsorships and corporate group sales. This position will be focused on booking multi year corporate sponsorships with both ski industry and out of industry companies. Private ownership allows our sales team to develop creative sales strategies, and sell unique on mountain branding opportunities. In addition this position will place an emphasis on corporate season pass consignment sales – and the sale of Echo Mountain as an event venue for corporate outings.
  
  This position will report directly to the Sales Director, and will be paid on a commission basis only. Monthly sales benchmarks will be set and Benefits will include an Echo Mountain season pass, and free skiing at almost all of Colorado’s other ski resorts.
  
  Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  * Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
  * Identify sales opportunities both on and off mountain
  * Work directly with the Sales Director to develop sales territories and identify targets
  * Sell multi year – multi tier corporate partnerships
  * Develop season pass sale programs and ticket consignment programs with local businesses
  * Book corporate events at the only ski area in the sate available for private rental
  
  Requirements:
  * Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience
  * Organized, self motivated, and excellent time management skills
  * Must possess a strong corporate network and contact list (if you’re not connected, please don’t apply)
  * Must have reliable transportation
  * Must be willing to work on a commission only basis
  * Snowsports experience highly preferred
